AI agents that do the work for you

We build custom agents that handle real tasks in your own tools, such as answering leads, updating your CRM and sending reports. They ask before anything risky, and log everything they do.

  • Built around your process
  • You approve risky steps
  • Every action logged

A chatbot answers. An agent acts.

Three kinds of AI help, and what each is good at. We'll tell you which one you actually need.

Chatbot

Answers questions from your content.

Best for
Common customer questions on your site
How it works
Reads your pages and replies in a chat window
Limit
Talks, but doesn't do things in your systems

AI agent

Decides the next step and uses your tools to finish the task.

Best for
Work that needs judgment: replies, triage, research, updates
How it works
Reads the situation, picks tools, acts, and asks you before risky steps
Limit
Needs setup, testing and limits, which we do for you

Simple automation

Runs the same fixed steps every time.

Best for
Predictable jobs: copy a form into a sheet, send a receipt
How it works
If this happens, do that. No AI needed
Limit
Breaks when the situation changes

If a simple automation does the job, we'll build that. It's cheaper and more reliable.

Watch an agent work

Pick a task and press Run. The agent works through it, then stops and asks you before it sends anything.

Sample scenarios with made-up data. Your agent would use your real tools and rules.

Agent: Lead follow-upReady

Press Run agent to start.

Nothing is sent without your approval.

What's inside every agent we build

A model on its own isn't enough. We build the structure around it, so it's useful and safe to run.

Tools

The agent can read and act in the apps you already use: inbox, CRM, calendar, store, spreadsheets, Slack. Each tool has only the permissions it needs.

For example: read new emails, create a CRM contact, propose three call times.

Memory

It knows your products, prices, tone of voice and past conversations, so replies sound like you.

For example: "We never discount in November. Sign off with Sam."

Guardrails

You set the limits. Anything risky, such as sending money or messaging a customer, waits for your approval.

For example: refunds over $100 need your OK.

Activity log

Every step the agent takes is recorded: what it read, which tool it used, and what it decided. You can review it any time.

For example: "9:02 read email from Sara. 9:02 created contact. 9:03 sent reply (approved by you)."

Testing before launch

We try the agent on your real past examples first. You see where it succeeds and where it needs rules, before it touches anything live.

What agents can take off your plate

Common starting points, by team.

Sales

Reply to new leads, qualify them, book calls and keep your CRM up to date.

Lead answered in minutes, not hours

Customer support

Answer common questions, look up orders, and hand tricky cases to you with the context attached.

Fewer repetitive tickets for your team

Operations

Process invoices and forms, sync data between systems, and chase missing information.

No more copying between tabs

Reporting

Pull numbers from your tools every week and write a short summary of what changed.

A Monday report with no spreadsheet

Online stores

Keep product data tidy, draft descriptions, flag stock problems and follow up on abandoned carts.

Store admin that runs itself

Agencies

Client reports, onboarding and lead handling, built under your name through our white-label service.

More clients without more hires

Works with the tools you already use

We connect agents to your existing apps, so you don't change how your team works.

When we'll tell you not to use an agent

  • The steps never change. A simple automation is cheaper and more reliable.

  • A wrong answer would be costly and no one could review it first.

  • The task happens rarely, so the time saved won't cover the setup.

From first audit to a working agent

Start small with one task. Expand once you trust it.

Questions about AI agents

What's the difference between an agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot talks. An agent acts: it reads your inbox, looks things up, updates your systems, and asks you before risky steps. We use both, depending on the job.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

It can happen, which is why important steps need your approval at first, and every action is logged so mistakes are easy to find and fix. We test on real examples before launch to catch most problems early.

Is my data safe?

We give each tool only the access it needs, and keep keys and logins in secure storage. We'll explain which AI provider handles your data before you decide, and you can choose providers with stricter privacy terms.

Do I need technical staff?

No. We build and monitor the agent. You approve actions and adjust rules in plain language.

Which tools can an agent connect to?

Most business apps with an API or an integration, such as your inbox, CRM, calendar, store and spreadsheets. If a tool can't be connected safely, we'll say so in the audit.

How long does a pilot take?

Usually three to four weeks from the audit to a live agent with approvals on. Complex systems take longer, and we'll tell you the date up front.

What does it cost to run?

Beyond our build price, you pay the AI and tool usage fees directly to those providers. We estimate them in the audit so there are no surprises.
